Welcome to the colorful world of Minnesota artist Jennifer Wellner! For the past twenty plus years, she's been quietly creating an impressive body of artwork. She recently decided to share those works with the public.

Working primarily with acrylic paint on canvas, her art uses a riot of strong primary colors and boldly-defined shapes to create intriguing, unique images.

From her early, semi-realistic paintings that are reminiscent of Impressionist art, to the delightfully whimsical "Fish Series", to a later abstract style influenced by such diverse artists as David Hockney, Vincent Van Gogh, George Morrison, and Pablo Picasso, she hopes you will find something here that will catch your eye, engage your imagination and delight your sensibilities.
